Meet The Owner
Shaynee Holmes is the owner of SB Holdings USA, Inc., a
full service property management company, including
property and tenant management, as well as eviction and
mediation services. She has also works as a Historic Interior
Designer.
She is a member of the American Apartment Owners
Association, the Art Deco Society of the Palm Beaches, and
is a former member of the American Society of Interior
Designers.
Shaynee has committed a portion of her life’s work to
educating and empowering impoverished black and brown
communities in the areas of renting, leasing and
management skills. She has one adult daughter and resides
in Atlanta, GA.
