Asking rental/leasing amount must be competitive.




 Must have good rental history.

Must have steady employment.

Must have valid Social Security card and a valid State Driver's License, ID card, or Passport.

No prior non-payment evictions.  If you were evicted for another reason, contact us.

Must have all monies in cash first payment, upon move-in.

Provide rental application and credit report authorization.  Not all homewners consider credit when renting, but the report is necessary for the completion of your file.

Tax returns for previous years required for the self-employed.
